The two entrances to Quail Creek State Park are located on the west side of the reservoir along 5300 W, Hurricane UT.
The main park entrance is located on the northwest side of the reservoir and is marked with a park sign and a metal gate. Follow the entrance as it descends to the right and passes a ranger booth. The main entrance provides the state park’s only access to boat ramps, campgrounds, facilities, rentals, and restrooms. A park pass must be purchased before or at entry of the park.

The South entrance is located on the south end of the reservoir just after the dam. Parking around the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources building provides access to a few beaches, multiple hiking and dirt-biking trails, and a stone picnic table. You can purchase day-use passes within the front entrance of the building.
