Boating and Watercraft Recommendations

A double boat ramp is available on the north end of the state park. A single boat ramp is available on the south end of the park just before the campgrounds. Park entrance fee includes launch admission for all watercrafts. All boats must be presented with decontamination certification sheets due to the Quagga infestation at Lake Powell (see https://stdofthesea.utah.gov/ for information and certification sheets).

Boats may be restricted from launch depending on reservoir capacity. Call the park office during boat ramp hours at 435-218-6544 for reservoir capacity, water level, and current park conditions.

Personal kayaks and paddleboards can be launched anywhere on the reservoir.
