East Canyon Rental FAQ's

Are paddles and life vests included in the rentals?

Yes. All rentals include required safety equipment including life jackets, paddles, etc. Please note that one life jacket per individual on each vessel must always be onboard and worn by anyone under the age of 13 at ALL TIMES!

Where do I pick up my rentals?

Motorized Aquatic Vehicles:

Upon arrival at the state park head toward the concession building, which is located next to the boat loading dock. For any motorized boats and jetskis, customers will check in at the front of the concession building where we will supply them with life jackets and direct them to the departure dock. At the departure dock, staff members will brief each sailor with safety instructions and a boat operation checklist just before departure.

Canoes/paddle boards/kayaks/etc.:

Upon arrival at the state park, head toward the concession building, located next to the boat loading dock. After reaching the concession building, go around back to the “basement” of the building. There, staff members will assist each voyager with every rental supplies, such as paddles, life jackets and of course the rental.

How many products can I rent at a time?

The amount of products available varies depending on how much of each product is in use. However, our inventory includes; 6 canoes, 13 paddleboards, and 9 kayaks. Additionally, we have life vests for all shapes and sizes.

Does my boat/sea-doo rental include gas? Who do I contact if I need help or have questions?

Yes. All motorized aquatic vehicles will come with a full tank of gas ready for your enjoyment!
