No, prorations are not available for passes purchased later in the year. Pass are, however, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, ensuring you receive a full year's worth of benefits regardless of your purchase date.

Why has a label been printed for my annual pass, but it has not been shipped?
When a label is printed for your annual pass, it means we are preparing your order for shipping. It may take a couple of days for your order to be fully prepared for shipping. The link is broken, please fix so we know where to buy an annual pass.
If it's written on the back of the card, it needs to be honored. I never bring my wallet around and having the registered mobile pass as stated would be great
i agree with Jordan the ability to register pass and have it on mobile needs to be implemented, especially since it is written on back of pass and if lost you cant get a replacement, "do the right thing"
